Heroes Season 2 (Possible Spoilers)

I frequent spoilerfix.com and herosite.net. Herosite.net was started by the guys who made kryptonsite for Smallville.

Darth I knew what state you lived in but I didn't realise they were so far behind the times that they didn't provide a normal network channel.
 
I will miss the next episode of Heroes =( It makes me a very sand panda =/

I'm kinda pumped to see Matt learn to use the powers his dad does. And to confront his dad. I hope he can help undo what happened to Molly ASAP.
 
It looks like Heroes Origins is put on hold due to the writer's strike. :( Tim Kring announced it on the Post Show on G4 last Saturday. He said that it shouldn't affect the regular show though. Thank goodness! I think he said that they have already shot up to 4 weeks in advance. I hope that they eventually get the Origins show back in production.

I wasn't surprised at all that Kensei turned out to be Adam; it'd a good plot point, I just figured it out the first time Bob mentioned Adam this episode. You knew Kensei had to be directly linked to the company, since they used his symbol and he was the earliest power user they've shown.

I'm curious if he's going to freak when he sees Hiro or not; probably will, but 400 years is a long time.
 
Saw this little nugget in an AP story about the writers' strike and thought you might take some small comfort from it:

Tim Kring, a producer and writer of the NBC hit ‘‘Heroes,’’ said he had to revise the ending of the show’s 11th episode on the chance that it might be the last one to air this season.

‘‘Fortunately we were able to hustle back,’’ Kring said from a picket line in an effort to shut down the show. ‘‘The audience won’t be left in a lurch.’’

I've been dodging this thread to avoid spoilers, but now that I'm fully caught up with the Season One DVDs and all the Season Two episodes I recorded, I'm ready to dive in. The Hiro-Kensei storyline has been irritating/boring the crap out of me since it started, although I've been going with it since I knew it had to be going somewhere. Still, I think the idea of the great hero Kensei being a drunk Englishmen is just exceedingly lame as fuck. C'mon, they couldn't hire an Asian guy to be the big bad?

On the positive side, the staffers who decided Milo Ventimiglia needed to be sexier and more shirtless deserve praise.

I wasn't surprised that Kensei was Adam either (I'll bet his original name was Adam Monroe, tbh). The fact that Hiro was the very legend he used to read about is enough of a temporal paradox to make anyone's head explode, but then again, this whole show is about destiny and the inability to escape it.

Hiro --> destined to travel back in time --> destined to become the very hero he used to read about? --> wtf?

/cryface at Niki. That poor girl hasn't necessarily been through enough already, let's pile a conjured image of D.L. on there!!!

Anyone notice how fast they've burned through the Mendez Paintings this episode? I saw at least three of the eight occur last night alone.

That leaves "Mohinder shoots someone while having broken nose" and "HRG's death while Claire gets frisky with mystery boy". I highly doubt Mohinder will be the one to kill HRG, but it isn't entirely implausible, considering he's having loads of trust issues all around.
 
I feel sorry for Caitlin. She's an okay character but doesn't seem to stand out too much to me. It would just suck to be time displaced like that. XD Sometimes it seems like the writers are, "How can I really mess this character up this episode?"

The Matt/Molly/Maury scene was cool. It's good to see them develop Matt's powers more and to see him getting stronger emotionally. I'm glad that he was able to help Molly even though the virus looks like it's going to get everyone. Anyone else shocked to see DL? I can't wait to see the next episode!

It sucks that they had to change the ending of episode 11 due to the strike. I hope that it gets straightened out asap for everyone's sake.

I had it spoiled for me a long time ago who Adam was but I completely forgot until Bob was talking about Adam. I really think that Adam is anticipating meeting Hiro and has a growing hatred that is 400 years old. I wonder if Mr. Nakumora(se) knew who Adam was the whole time and thats what he was trying to tell Hiro before Adam killed him.
 
As soon as Bob said Maury wasn't the real bad guy he was just someone's lackey I knew Kensei was involved.

I think Kaito dying was just part of Adam's plan to take out all of the company.

Next week we find out exactly what happened to DL.

I can't see Mohinder shooting Mr. Bennett. I know he will do almost anything to find a cure to save Nikki but he seems to be above just killing to get Claire. I don'e see Claire getting frisky in the background of MR. Bennett's death photo. I see a Claire getting tugged away by some unkown most likely from the company since she is who they think is the cure for the new virus.

I think this was twofold; to inflict pain on Hiro, and to inflict damage to the Company he helped to found.

Yeah, that's what I think too, but HRG seems to think "my daughter is kissing some boy". Just who is tugging her away though, I have no idea. I think Mohinder puts a bullet in Bob or Elle (maybe he puts Niki out of her misery? I don't know.

I think Kensai/Adam knows about Hiro in the present day. It may not have clicked until he seen Peter at the company infirmiry. I think that is one of the reasons Kaito was first to be killed of the 12. Kensai was hell bent on making Hiro pay for breaking the only thing he couldnt fix with his powers, his heart.

I don't think it is Claire getting "frisky" in the background though. I did at one time think it was West with her, which is why HRG was so worried about her seeing a boy. I had some speculation it was Mohinder last night after some of the paintings. After thinking about it more though I think it is Kensai/Adam. The figure is more in the shadows and can barely be detected, which is similar to the original 12 photo (only showing 11. Adam was missing from it)

Edit add: The reason I feel it is Adam is because he wants to see the World suffer and hurt like him. He wanted to change history. He wasn't able to with the guns in Japan so he feels now could be his chance with the present Hiro to still be around to take witness of it.
