Heroes Season 2 (Possible Spoilers)

Show her that montage of Captain Marvel Petrelli and she'll think otherwise.
She'll wonder what sort of fruit she gave birth to! lol

I am sure they will reveal his power sooner or later. I really don't think Hiro will attempt to save his father. He may go back in time to recieve the legacy his father has for him when Ando tells him. I am kinda torn now too. In season 1 Hiro said he couldn't save people from death with his power when he went back to save that girl from Sylar in season 1; yet future Hiro basically does everythign he can to save Ando. I really don'y think Hiro will try to save his father with time travel though.
Hmmm.... good points. I think that maybe it's hard to save just one person especially if you don't have all of the facts. He probably obsessed over saving Ando because it would also save .07% of the population as well. I guess it's easier to stop an exploding man than stopping Sylar when he's brain hungry. lol Also Charlie's condition didn't help (but red heads rule!).

Maybe it's because it's his father that he decides to use his power for personal gain. This incident could drive him over the edge and turn him more an more into Future Hiro. Hiro is so good that when he finally gets pissed it won't be pretty. Like when the really good people get mad, because they got pushed over the edge kinda way.

Mama Petrelli can be a bish but whoever wants a piece of her will have to go over Peter and Nathan first. They wont let their mom die.

I like the Hiro they have now better then future Hiro.

off topic: I am genuinely impressed with the guy who playus Hiro. It is weird to see him as an actor when he has been doing special effects for movies for a long time. He even created the program that did the special effects for the movie Perfect Storm.

When Peter finally gets his memory back he is going to be pretty powerful. I definately don't think he would let anything happen to his mother.

Heeey...

Don't anyone hate me for saying this, but I don't understand why everyone thought Peter was a pansy in the last season. Forgive me, for I am *so* forgetful of things, but I just don't remember him as being so weak D: Sure, at first (like everyone) he couldn't quite get a hold of his powers and control them, but he was damn good at it by the end (right? Not stating these as facts, only what I think I remember) And I forgot where I'm going with this...

And also--I liked his hair. Alot. (I dig long[ish, at least] hair on guys)

Also, random question to anyone that cares.
Who's your favorite character and why? Doesn't have to be a hero.
I would choose Mohinder, and I totally dunno why. He seems the most....sincere and kindest of the nonheroes. And has an accent.

The eclipse wasn't what caused the powers to start, unless there is some recurring eclipse I don't know about. Nathan flew out of his car the night of his wife's accident. He wouldn't have been able to fly then since the eclipse in question hadn't occurred yet. Unless the one Hiro saw was somehow months before we meet up with Nathan/Peter in the first season, which is entirely possible with the jumps around in time.

I pick Sylar, because he is made of awesome.

Sylar is my favourite character. The badder the "bilan" the more the heroes will shine.

ps - Peter will be the most powerful character in the show. Forever.

Mika was a pretty cool char. I mean he could talk to machines FFS. That's awesome all on it's own.

Peter met all the heroes at the end of season 1 remember. The showdown with Sylar and all. He has sitting against a pillar while Nikki bitch slapped Sylar.

Yea and its nice how Peter knocked that ganster across the room using Nikki's powers. Its hard to keep track of all of Peter and Sylars powers. Anyone have or want to make a list of these?

But since we have seen the powers emulate we need to start making a list of the duplicated powers. Who says QCDN can't be the first to categorize? Maybe when people start making Google searches this site will start poping up and surfers will come here just for our good hypotesis.

This should answer any of your power related questions. This wiki is great and will fill you in on any questions you may have about the show.

I don't think that Peter was a pansy just emotional. I only had Claire saying that in one of my previous posts because I was trying to reference Monty Python in my little imaginary scene. XD

As for my favorite character.... hmmm.... It changes all of the time but I think Hiro just because he's so cute. Probably why I like Tristam, he's such a cute little tarutaru.

I didn't think about Nathan's power but I was guessing since most of their powers seemed to appear about the same time and Kensei's power developed after the eclipse. From some interview Tim Kring says that, "In the pilot, the eclipse was really meant mainly to be a single global event that could connect all these characters visually and in time. But that's not to say that we won't discover that it maybe had some other effects, as well. We will, but it will not be explained for a while."

Also, in another interview Joe Pokaski and Aron Coleite, two of the producers/writers were asked, "We keep coming back to the eclipse, because it sounded important in our previous Q&As and - as noted - it's part of the series' logo. As we've now seen in the most recent episode, the characters' super-powers have been "activating" for some time now. Is the eclipse merely a symbolic image, or does it truly tie in to something larger?"
They replied, "
Something larger. Even in the pilot, people had been experiencing the abilities before the eclipse. After all, it’s not as if that’s the first eclipse that’s ever happened in the history of the cosmos."

So we don't know what exactly it means to them but we'll have to wait and see.

Oh fuck, tonights ep looks epic ^^

Yes he does Negor. Tonights episode is going to be good. I am really looking forward to episode 5 though. Myrrh will probably hate it because it will have a lot to do with Peter.

"Kindred" has me so excited that Sylar ate my avatar! D:

Nah, Season 2 Peter isn't so bad. Season 1 was just a pansy.

Well come on people of course Peter is always going to be a bit pansy-ish. Dont forget his power is based on his empathy with other people. It is his ability to love other people unconditionally and his desire to help them that is the source of his abilities. As a result he will always be more of a wuss, but it is that vunlurability that makes him the natural balance to sylar.

I look at Peter kinda like Luke Skywalker from a new hope, he is a young hero in the making, he may be whiny and naive but it is all part of the Hero's journey into greatness. By empire he was a real hero and by Jedi he was a certified bad ass. This hero's journey is an archetype found throughout many great stories throughout human history. If you watch heroes you see these archetypes all over the place.

I am so glad Sylar killed Candice, I hated that bitch. What's more epic was Mr. Bennet being killed with Claire and West getting it on in the background. It almost seems like West will kill Mr. Bennet after finding out who he is.

Heeeey....I'm confused. In season 1, didn't Candice show her "true" form as a robust black woman? She was white in this episode...Am I wrong somewhere?

There wasn't as much super excitingness in this episode =/ The next one looks real good though~

I do wonder what's wrong with Sylar, though...
