So, my dad is finally forking over the credit card but I need to do the return to vanadiel thing.
Where do I find this?

Ok, I'm getting an error that says my PlayOnline ID is incorrect.
But, that is what it was...

Your POL ID is the thing you use to register a new content ID... so if you dont know it your pretty much screwed.

I think the manual says to write it down in a safe place too...

I called POL and the reason I was getting my POL ID wrong was because personal info was wrong.
But, I've got it all under control now.
