Kim,
We have been extremely patient, but even my patience is beginning to run out. The promises when we decided to continue service with ESI were that we would have service work being performed correctly and efficiently, and that the machines would be able to do ALL tasks the old machines were able to.
1. I’m receiving faxes asking for page counts on Copy machines we haven’t had for a month.
2. The faxing service is now down again. Sheldon was here to install the fax drivers as I was leaving for Knoxville last Wednesday. He told people here he needed to come back the next day after speaking with someone. Our faxing service from directly on the machine is now grayed out and unable to function. We still do NOT have the drivers to Fax from our client machines, and we’ve had the machines over a month now. Taking 2 weeks to send a tech out who doesn’t do the job is unacceptable, no matter what facet of work.
3. It’s now been 4 weeks since I’ve asked for a quote for a Windows 95/98 Printer for the Shop. The quote sent does not say it is supported with those OS’s. Forgive me, but I can’t take your word for it that it will work after what we’ve experienced with the new machines.
It is beginning to become blatantly obvious that in order to see results the politeness route isn’t working. We need to see results, and frankly I’m just sick of hearing the problems with these machines.
