Hiding sub forums

Is there a way to hide all the other forums were not interested cause I click new post and then theres a hundredmillion new posts ><

hehe...well I'm happy and sad to see this. Happy to see new posts are there, but sad that it's getting to y'all.

I'm going to be testing out the CiS I mentioned earlier. Hopefully it'll get the job done.
 
I was thinking the same thing as grand.

Would it hurt to just remove the sub forums from the front page altogther? it would only mean one extra mouse click to get to the specific forums. To be honest it's only the ffxi jobs section that looks cluttered with all the sub forums underneath, the others look fine to me.

(I know nothing about web design or anything along those lines so feel free to ignore me if this is a stupid suggestion lol)
 
How bout taking the subform links and placing them in a pop up menu and the user drag the mouse over it pops up, giving the user to choose which sub forum s/he wants without going to another page to decide?

I'm not that good. Still an accountant. ; ; Having some slight problems with the CiS so just gimme a lil bit...

Could you do something like a drop down box that has a list of the jobs?

It does look a little cluttered atm, I'm sure with some tweaking it'll look great though. :)
 
I'm running into a few problems with the Comprehensive ignore system which is why it's taking so long. I apologize for this folks. I will be doing my best to get it functioning correctly on the test boards and then make the changes over here.
 
eh I'm getting used to it and it isn't a spam fest like allah so I guess I can live with it :P
