Ill be playin this in about an hour! cant wait to try out Portal!!! anyone else lookin forward to this?

Gonna pick it up tomorrow afternoon after I get off work. I already have HL2 and Episode One on my computer, but I'll be happy to have them and Episode Two Steam free on the 360. Everything else is just icing.

played portal for quite a bit, It is addicting. the robot talking is hilarious too!! "we had fun didnt we?! remember when you were on the platform and i was gonna incinerate you and you were like NO WAY!! and i was like, I was just pretending i was going to murder you, and like im sorry, and you were like NO WAY!!"

TF2 looks awesome. Anyone tried it yet?

just completed portal, VERY VERY short little game, but its oh so worth it for the best ending credits ever, i lmao!
gonna go back for achievements later. btw, 99 achievements!! dayum!

PC version has a user creation community atleast.

Well, just finished Episode 2 as well. What an end battle. Unnecessarily tedious though.

Kind of waiting to see if the TF2 community on the 360 will be big enough to warrant a purchase. Chas, see how it looks sometime please?

I'll pick up the PC version of this if they don't follow Bioshock and Lost Planet's footsteps and only support the Xbox 360 gamepad. Fucking tools.

It doesn't. Half-Life has always supported game pads. The only difference with Orange Box titles is that it's easier to choose a sensitivity.

So noone has played TF2 yet? I wont be able to pick up Orange Box til next week so a review would be nice!

Thousands of people have played TF2... beta. I don't think I heard a single person complain. Awesome teamplay, awesome voice recordings, good balance. Or so I've read.

Pretty much this. It started off with some horrible crash issues and some bugs, but Valve seems to have run their beta very well, all of the problems I've seen have been fixed as of a few days ago. It's good times. The heavy makes me chuckle every time he opens his mouth. I've heard the 360 version supports fewer players though (16, I think?), so that needs to be taken into consideration as well.

Overall, if you have a choice and can play it, the PC version is a much better buy than the 360 version, unless (unlikely) the 360 version manages to support user content as well. I'd imagine it has its benefits, but content-wise, the PC version is definitely going to win out here.

Oh, and one last thing: The cube is mine. You may not have her. We will be together forever, and if you try to come between us, I will fucking kill you. I'll kill you dead, you hear? Stay the fuck away from my cube.

I've been told that Team Fortress is one of the best multiplayer shooters ever. TF2 looks to be in the same league of the first.

I'm not curious about he actual gameplay of TF2 on the 360 so much as the player base. The game looks great and has hit written all over it but will people see fit to leave their other game, namely Halo 3, in order for the game to have a steady stream of people for 24/7 matches.

GRRRR stuck on level 10 Advanced in portal, im at the part with all the robots on the platforms and the moving platform in the middle, I have sat there for 30 minutes trying to figure out any option i have, only to be totally stumped, this is the last one i need for advanced achievements and so far no one on the net is this far yet i guess lol.

this is on 360? I thought it was just PC O.o
