...idk who it is but that seems who ever buys it is pretty set for lifer when it comes to gil.

/em gets as much money together... for no perticular reason... then finds out hes too short on funds by $1.25 :(.
 
I forgot to mention. Whoever buys that account is going to have a VERY tricky time trying to explain to others that he doesnt know what to do with his new toy. Not to mention ALL of this persons friends who are wondering why they suddenly dont know who they are. Oh well :(

I think they ment as in server fees. like the $13 it costs to maintian that character + any other mules that might have been made to help get the Gil to make this character what it is. I mean 93 in leathercrafting??? thats just CRAZY. You could make more by using your time to make gear then sell it either on IGE or selling the gil you make from it on IGE. I'm not saying its good. But hey if they are selling their character, its obvious he really doesnt care.
 
The only problems is that the person buying it will have absolutely no idea how to use his new crafting abilities. He'll have no clue on what materials to buy, what proces he should be paying, any of those "secret" crafting tricks, or how to play the market against the other higher lvl crafters. Oh well... =P

I was going to comment on this too. But it's not on server fees. The game has been out... 3 years? 3 1/2? Even if you tack on 2 mules to it, you have... $14.95 x 42 months is about $627.90. However, if you've been playing 3 years and the time he's said he has, I doubt he'd only be level 60. If he's willing to sell his account in this fashion, I don't think him being a gil buyer is that far of a stretch. But who knows...maybe he spent every bit of that time he played collecting gil just for the purpose of selling the account.

*sigh* Whoever he is/was he didn't seem like that great of a Dark Knight anyway. Now unless someone who already plays (and just buys him as a LC mule) he's just gonna be and even worse Dark Knight.. *sigh*

lvl 60 and he never took thf beyond 20, nor level greatsword very much. I'ts obvious to me, he either bought this account too, or was just a sucky ass Dark Knight.

Who also spent a lot of time crafting.... but he does say he spend $800 US.. and it's obvious that 2 years of paying for the game doesn't = $800. So.. he obviously did buy gil, probably to level his crafts though it would seem well.. and to buy all that shit he has.

I heard the name Gaebo dropped, which would make total sense. Idiot drk, with an underleveled nin sub (was 19 when my friend partied with him). I recently saw him leveling nin/drk (wth is this, anyway?) through Qufim, so lvl 27 would make sense.... High level in sword (Gaebo dual weilds 1h swords on drk).

Can't confirm it's him, but it definitely matches the description.
 
I can -confirm- it is Gaebo i have talked to him and he said it is his character.

He then made the lame excuse that he is just trying to sell one of this items which is such bull shit.

It's definatly gaebo, all job and craft lvls match. Also, I know for a fact that he's bought at -least- 27million gil, he openly admits and even brags about it

Yeah, looks like Gaebo. Used to be in our LS. Pretty unstable kid, no idea why he wasn't booted out earlier...

And yeah, he was a pretty crappy player. I remember him wanting a cassie earring so that he'd live longer when he got hate :roll:

Which was pretty often, considering how much damage he'd do with all that gear.
