holy crap, i want one of these!

The forward and back tilt is way off what it would be in an actual vehicle of that type. That is unless he's on some sort of hill in the sim, but from the looks of it it's level terrain but his tilt is based on his rpm, and the rate of change of rpm.

Either way, kinda cool. I'd want one if it was calibrated properly to more actual feedback than just moving arbitrarily in the direction I turn or tilt up or down based on my acceleration.

what do you mean? its stationary so it cant give actual feedback, just use the only force it has to simulate the G forces, gravity. tilting up when accelerating to push you back in the seat, forward when breaking to throw you forward, and not arbitrarily in the direction you turn, but in the OPPOSITE direction you turn to simulate the G's throwing you to the outside.

the forward and back, has nothing to do with hills, and rpms, but with how fast the car is accelerating or braking, you'll even see it pitches back level momentarily when shifting to simulate the way shifting at high speed pauses acceleration and pops you forward.

How awesome would it be to have this kicking around!

I went on a sim rollercoaster kinda like that in Vegas where it would make you feel like you were actually on a rollercoaster. Problem was without the actual G-forces we were just being flipped upside down and round and round like a teacup on acid. I think that seat would make me sick like the rollercoaster did.

That looks like the sort of that that would make me puke everywhere if the screen wasn't large enough. I can't even play a gameboy on the train / in the car, let alone read a book.

yeah unfortunately i get motion sickness if i focus on anything more than the outside window.
Although this contraption looks pretty cool to play a few times, but I wouldn't want to buy it.

Thanks for sharing this!
