In all honesty, i never saw this day coming. I joined LolDynamis back in march-ish. Ever since then, got to know everyone in the shell, and its been a craaaazy ride. Of course every thf's wet dream lies in Xarc. Every high level thf knows of this drop. Did i ever think i'd get it? hell no. Seems like one of those items you think about, but never really comprehend it being in your possession.
Ever since March, i've been riding backseat to another thief. Acute was our main thief for a while, before he left the scene. Gladdy took over the main pull slot, and its been like that ever since. Being main puller, Gladdy got the first pair of armlets, and i then got bumped up to first tier Thief in Xarc, a place i had my sights set for who knows how long.
Of course sitting in the top tier isnt good until you get the drop... and man was i sitting in that tier for a long time. I lost count of the number of Xarc runs we did, with Count Raum or whatever the THF demon's name it. My eyes would be glued to the treasure pool, always being dissapointed.
Then the allmighty RL situations come into play. Starting... this week (lolirony) i'm starting High School soccer, and me being the Varsity 1st-string goalkeeper, which is amazing btw, i love it. Anyways, with practice 6 days a week, afterschool everyday and saturday mornings, i thought i would never get a shot at these armlets, ever, after being able to lot for like 2-3months or whatever it was. I told the shell that my attendance would be spastic until ~feb-march, when the season is supposed to be over. i set up plans for some long time friends to log onto me and everything for the runs. And now the week before things REAALLY get hectic, tonight's run happened.
Well, fate is definitly a funny thing. Today was the last day of try outs for soccer, and my position as 1st-string got announced. However the try-outs ended 30minutes early, due to the football team kicking us off the field. so rushing home, i got to my comp about 5minutes before we entered Xarc. We got in, did all the prep stuff, then while the BLMs were DM'ing some eyeballs before the first pull, i went to get a drink and a snack, cuz man i was effing hungry.
So as i struggle to type /assist Celvantes on the first pull. THE VERY FIRST PULL. This happens:
i couldn't type anything for a few sec's. i was STUNNED. i just sat there like.

lotted it and passed on everything else to make sure i got it... holy shit... i cant thank my shell enough... they're the best there is and its the people in it that have kept me doing Dynamis all these months. The shell Cythe started, and the shell we're continuing, is still alive and kickin'
and we're still fcking hilarious. i think this moment beat my armlets dropping.
(bit of an intro) this was during the downtime at the wall of eyes, and we were screwing around. and Ajs brought up Goatse. (lol bonecraftingthread)
