Yeah, that's a first round record... record for the total is like 41 I think, I hope he comes out and hits in the 2nd round, he could skip it and get into the finals but I want him to jack up the total XD
 
I was so mad he lost. Great story regardless.
 
I called him losing at number 14. Single round record (not first round exclusive) was 24, and he broke it with 28. The first + second round record is 41. The third round the slate gets wiped clean so I'm not sure the record for overall and for just that round but he totally failed then.

In other news, that old bastard is going to have one hell of a night/morning with all the pitches he had to throw.

Dowo sent me a tell asking if I was watching. I was too busy trying to do my best Jack Parkman impression from Major League II and tell Dani who was marveling at his 28 bombs that "He's screwed." I knew he was tired. No one who ever explodes like that for 15+ hr's in the first round ever seemingly wins.

As for the home run derby, I just really wish he would have won, because he put on a show.
 
I'm glad ol' Josh is in town. I actually get enjoyment out of goin' to the games now. Not that I like the Rangers but hell, they use to be as borin' to see as the Royals.
