how big is Van'adiel ?

what about that garka that wont let you by him right by the alchemy guild in Bastok Mines whats up with him <i forget his name>
 
He's the guard to my harem. I've been in talks with SE but their idea of a PG-13 harem doesn't fly with me, so I don't think they will ever open that path up to the public.

All of those continents are mentioned somehow by NPCs ingame. While the map itself might not be completely accurate, all those continents do exist, and possibly more.

I think I have heard of all of them besides the northern one. Even if it is real and all of those places exist in the heads of SE as "Van a'diel" doesn't mean that all of them are going to necessarily become expansions.

They're certainly available as new content, though. Zilart and Promathia didn't exactly get new continents, but, noting how well TAU was received by the player base, I don't think anyone would be too surprised if the 4th expansion included another new continent. Or, at least, the other half of the Eastern Continent.

I included the far east in my 5 expansions. Unless you count Orcish empire and Giga's Empire as 2 different continents I don't see how you can get it to 6... I even counted mithra homeland and southern continent as 2 different regions...
 
I'm guessing a few more expansions, the dots on the continents are cities I'm guessing. I don't think SE is quite done with XI yet. I'd like to see them expand to more areas outside of the main continent, like they did with Aht Urghan.
 
SE knows how well MMOs can do, just look at EQ after its what... 8th year?

Id like to go to the mithra homeland though if ya knowaddamean

It should be and damn SE if it isn't. A city full of just nin, sam, and mnk npc's...that'd be sweet. lol

Er, I subconsciously split the top continent in two while counting because of the two labels, lol. D=
 
Far East being nothing but sam/nin/mnk mobs.. ya... just what we need... sam, mnk, and nin 2hrs kicking our butts. If the mijin gakure doesn't kill ya, then the Hundred Fists will... and if it doesn't.. we still got sam's 2hr ready to pwn you and any other new jobs' 2hr they may have there.

One more thing... armor wise.. that means we are still gonna be 'gimp' with wearing relic +1 and sky/sea salvage/assault armor because they're gonna make stronger mobs and etc.. unless it becomes lvl capped CoP all over again... T-T
 
Something I was thinking about is when new expansions come out what happens with stuff like say Besieged if everyone is in the new area we lose the AC and all then npcs are gone and stuff there going to have to do something to keep enough players there to defend against the soon to be lvl 7 forces.. just my thought~

That's a good point. If everyone has something new to do, we can pretty much kiss besieged goodbye.

How would a mob even use Meikyo Shisui? Dear god...

Armor wise, I would think if they ended up making even stronger mobs, they might have to increase the level cap. They might just make different mobs, cuz an incresed level cap would, in effect, completely throw everything off balance. Could you imagine the chaos with mage-class jobs? The horror...

In dynamis, every mob uses its 2hr unless you kill it too fast for it to trigger.

That includes Samurai and Ninja mobs. /wrists

Normally samurai mobs aren't that bad but when a goblin decides to Frypan three times in a row, it's pretty much a wipe. ; ;
