How bout this sig?

Hey everyone.... Been working on this sig for a while and a couple people commented on the appropriateness of it.... I made some changes to it and am wondering if everyone think's appropriate now... Got rid of the nipples and everything.... Now just wondering if I should get rid of the girl laying down in the left corner? Or should I just give up on the idea? Anyways thanks for the feedback!
