How come all the funny stuff happens on WoW?

Apparently a new instance was created where you fought this guy who could cast a disease called Plague on your character. It worked by doing large damage to you and spreading to anyone near you. Well, that's all well and good except that it was possible to bring the Plague to highly populated towns and areas and all kinds of death ensued. You could even Plague npcs who would pass it on:

lol I think my favorite WoW is the "Safe Teleport" by goblin engineers. Mages can teleport to towns and what not, while the rest of us gotta fly or walk... now with these teleport engineer things... anyone can! The only thing is.. there is a warning when using it. It says something like "Warning Side Effects" in the description. I saw one guy use the teleport, warp into town and for 3 sec he was okay, then he burst into flames. Another guy teleported like 60 feet above the town and fell and died. That game is just really really funny. Thinking of going back to it lol

Leeroy thing needs to be included in that as well as the thing where the dude killed EVERYONE at the auction house with an AOE on his pet.
