How did you end up at Quetzy?

My cousin known in game as Shuro introduced me to this game and happened to be playing on this server, needing help being the noob i was i joined the same server she was on.
 
I saw my cousin Sonicboom playing one day when I went over his house, he was on the quetz server ever since he started, I played as a diff. char for a while on his acc., liked it, and got the game. Of course, him being my RL friend, I joined quetz thanks to a world pass 8)
 
I made the mistake of becoming friends with marajade and he hooked me up with a GW when i joined.
 
I bought this game with 4 of my classmates. Aceoffire(also Crasus) Ileyasu, Ixidor and Siul- 3 of them have quited minus ixidor and Siul got me a worldpass. Started as as tarutaru whm from windy and i dremt of being a whm/war(lolnub).
 
Long ago Chuck Norris came to me in a dream. He told me to buy a copy of FINAL FANTASY(c) XI and to create a character that would be the Digital Re-Image of him self, the King of Subligar. I then dropped out of school in pursuit this dream. I was meant to become a RDM, not a MNK. It is because Chuck Norris is not only stronger than super man, but also smarter than Albert Eeinsten, and thus RDM would prove to provide the physical and mental ability needed to solo Anything.

Well, Blah randomed onto Quetz and met Pikachu, and we stayed there instead of going to the "importer" server Ragnarok :p
 
Because this was the server that Aly was on and I started on his account and met everyone (like Jimera! :D) and stayed here.
 
started on Cait sith server actually and my RL friend told me about world passes, and got me onto quetz. He quit probably 2-3 months afterwards and ive been here ever since heh....
 
started with the PS2 version. i bought the game from the EBgames Nasya worked at after bugging her for weeks about what the game was about & stuff. then she set up my account too and she put me on this server so she could train me in my early days. before she vanished and threw me to the FFxi wolves.

Lol, my ex got me on the server. He got on Quetz from his irl friend.
 
I was randomly put on this server. I thought this game was going to be similar to other FF games in the past,This is the ST MMo i ever played. I remember buying FF1 for Nintendo the very day it was released in the USA many moons ago I was instantly hooked. I was quite surprised to see how different FFxi was from the other games in the series but i fell in love with the game and met many cool people
 
I played on Gilgamesh at the first initial release, got to level 40 and quit. Two years later, my friends Nate, Rich and Jon played on Quetzy as well as my brother and his girlfriend. So, I joined here with my friends Mike, Justin, Jason, and Josh. Mike doesn't play anymore, Rich's wife is ready to give birth any day now, and Nate and Josh have passed away. I bring RL drama to a game, I thank you. :P Of course, I have friends here that we've shared enough I'd treat them as close as my RL friends; which are like family to me anyway. Shout out to Renomaru, Kloud, and Dragon. Yep. And of course much love to Zyn Roady and Darlene. The six of them are pretty much why I still pay and play.
