Anyone notice any difference in tanking as ninja after the update? I myself have not had a chance to play since the change.

Still own man. Jumped on for a while last night and did perfectly fine. Did 3 BCNM 60's with a BLM and WHM and never lost hate. This should only be a problem for those gimps that only used provoke (once in a while) and blink to hold a mob.
Sweet. It's good to know Ninja is still a kickass tank. Now I can farm for elusive earrings instead of keeping my enmity ones.

I would seize the LV of NIN seeing how they nerfed RNG. It can't be to long before they gay up NIN as well to be more "realistic". If you like to tank try WAR. They should "realistically" end up being the only tanks in the game eventually.

though it nice to see that nin can still tank because a if pal was the only tank :shock: the looking party list is already some time long because there no tanks, but with 1 tank i would not want to even think of the list of people lfp

Actually, WAR/MNK is very powerful in a WHM RDM PT. My buddy Wowzer has some sick vids of this WAR/MNK tanking Nidhogg and all the baddies straight up (aside from Kirin, whom he kited). It's simply amazing what he could do.

That's great to hear that ninja is still okay as a tank. I was afriad after one CureIII the mob would come after me with a ninja tank. >_>; If it was that extreme. 7 more levels to go with my ninja before retiring it.

lvl 70 nin does more damage with his katanas than elemental ninjitsu... not saying its a bad idea to spam it butttttt you all allready knew that

Those weak ass ele scrolls generate A LOT of hate. That's why you would spam them. However, there really is no need to spam them. Just enfeeble mobs yourself and tag the mob with the ele that assist the burst. All of that on top of the Dorado (SP?) sushi and voking every 15 seconds and you're set. Also to mention, hitting and not getting hit generates tons of threat and the WS every now and again.
