I have recently quit and i am curious because SE is still billing me and i have called them to stop...... and they still are .......
any ideas? :roll: any suggestion is welcome
 
The only thing that I can think of is make sure you have fully
deleted your character and your contend ID (all of them).

To do this you probably still need the software installed.
If you uninstalled and haven't deleted characters and content id's
then you will have to go through the ungodly long installation
to terminate your account.

Maybe a phonecall to service would be faster.
You could verify who you are and your passcodes etc.

Uh after they billed you even once when you had quit you should have sent your credit card company a notice to block payment to SE. Not the first way to stop it, but if you missed the ideal way of stopping the charging by deleting your ffxi conetnt idea, that's your last alternative to avoid paying. Also, don't cancel your pol content id, only the ffxi content id. The pol content id is free and if you cancel it and go without it for 3+ months, your cd keys become invalid for any future use.
