Im just curious how many musicans we have... heh

im all about music myself.

Guitar- 7 years
Trumpet- 8 years
Drums- 1 year~

i can also noodle on a keyboard and harmonica ( if that counts lol)

what other kind of artists do we have here?

Trumpet - I played it for 10 years consistantly but since high school ('96) it has become an intermittant thing. Whenever I buy a house I will probably feel better about playing my trumpet than I currently do since I live in an apartment.

Flute -- Yah, I was a total Geek, not a crack smoker like what Vang would have you believe  .

Anyway, played it for about 4 years and then just got tired of it. Best part is, I kept my flute and my Daughter took it up in 6th grade also. Unfortunately, we moved out here to the boonies and they just didn't have a good music program like they did where we lived. She gave it up in 8th grade.

I've been playing bass guitar for around seven years, I've taken lessons and a theory class centered on the bass, and played it in a band for the past five or so years. I have an electric five string, an electric four string, and an acoustic four string.
Also, I play saxophone, piano (haltingly), guitar (after I make myself stop playing it like a bass), and I can keep simple beats on drums, although the drumbeat to La Mer by NIN has kept me befuddled for a while.
Here are some pics of two of my basses and one of my guitars:

*can only think of Metallica's Load CD right now*

Please don't tell me this is what you mean!!!!

I draw a bit of anime, and I'm learning to play acoustic.

Let's just say online lessons aren't all they're cracked up to be >.>;

Other than that I also play a little bass.

I met Sabs in Art school, she ran for the hills, I stayed and made it into the Drawing Major, hated the holy hell out of it and because a computer tech

My main instrument is teh sax(9-10 years), after that I play guitar(2 years very infrequently), clarinet, and really bad piano.^^

I did marching band(tenor sax section leader, brass seargant w00t!) and jazz band(tenor sax as well) and did a bunch of small combos and whatnot. Since last year tho, I havent played much at college, but I plan on getting back into once I get some sheet music or a Jaime Abersol CD.

And imo tenor sax is teh sexiest instrument! My Funny Valentine, Saying Goodbye... the ladies swoon over my sensual solos.^^

The "Black" album was questionable...Justice and prior kicked ass...Load and more recent just bit the big one, IMO.

But yeah, blood and cum is my middle name.

The consistency works well on water color media.

I am pro at the Skin Flute

heheheh...sorry....

LOL
Please don't tell me you have a skin flute?!?!

I was kind of thinking it was more like those conch shells that some island sentinal blows on when trouble is coming.

Meaning, the skin flute seems like a protruding phallus (male), and the conch shell seems more like the female anatomy.

I'm just hoping you really don't have a skin flute. :P
^^

Hehehe...
/em curls up and purrs on your conch, allowing the subtle virbrations to stir your loins.

I play the recorder professionally.

I've played guitar forever and currently play bass in a band that is not my style really but I love the guys so I can't quit. Singer just got put in jail for 5 months so no practice for a while.

Just started a side project Death Metal band (Jonny Basedow and the Tidal Waves) which I sing in (a joke band). Probably will never see the light of day. I also recently got invited to play in a Oi! band. I'm considering this band because all the guys are huge and can get me out of trouble which I frequently get in.

I very badly want to learn how to play the cello. I love classical music. I'm kinda of saving up for one.

I am a Graphic Artist slave. I enjoyed graphics at one point in my life. Then I had to do it 40-60 hours a week for 5 years.
