I have long been out of Quetz/FFXI, but didn't they raise the cap on everyone, and all the mobs stay the same? I'm sure if I got back in/leveled up that would be a pretty easy solo by now =p

I dont think i'm going to play FFXIV,i'm a Test person and tested the Alpha and Beta Version and must say i'm a lil bit disappointed about it.Well the graphics are awesome but the fight system sucks.U have to wait a certain time after each hit and u need to press a key for each hit,so not going afk to rr or anything else,if u go afk while fighting,u are dead.
I like the auto attack on ffxi and with the upcoming add ons and updates i'll still be very busy in FFXI,so no time for FFXIV anyways atm...

I was part of Closed Beta 3 and it was alot of fun except Smithing seems really borken at the moment because of something i really dont wanna go into.

But We had decided on Kefka as the Official Server for QCDN but due to he names being changed that fubared that Idea.

I believe the concensus is that we want a relativly low pop server. I planned on posting a thread about an official QCDN supported server but sadly with the no information i cannot do so. I will post something as soon as i know anything

I was in closed beta and I'm raring to get back on again once SE decides to give me a fraggin' key. I wonder if they'll use the same amount of servers and names with FFXI when this game finally goes gold? Do I go for the new Midgardsormr or stick with Quetz. I mostly played loner so I have no leaning to either, and it might all just be speculation anyway.
