Check Rice Ball prices at Tenshodo as a barometer for this. I believe a cost of 150 and lower should be good. Maybe lower for Leviathan.

Full Size Trial by Water = Same Fame as Utsusemi = Level 4

Once you throw up from doing zinc quests...Go get Utsusemi.

i think that the Rice ball price must me influenced by somthing else, because when i talk to the fame guy in Norg, i get the "Hero" speach, but my rice balls are around 180~

i think theyre inversed compared to your fame everywhere else.

flameass beat me to hit but he's right. if u can get utsaemi (sp) u can get the full siszed levi quest. i hear zinc ore is the faster, but more expencive, way. takes more yags but they are easier to get.

Hey Jeb =)
I don't know about necklaces, but I think you'll need around 120 zinc ores to get the utsu quest.

About 40K worth of Zinc Ores (Bastok price) should do it.

Rice Balls @153 was enough to get me the requisite fame. I've heard* of people getting it at 156, but I'll go with personal experience here. Was something like 30 Zinc Ore quests and 15 Yagudo Bead. I have the tally at home somewhere if you want dead specifics.

If every 10 quests completed is 1 level of fame, then you'd need 160 necklaces or 160 zinc either way....but I've also heard repeatable quests give different fame the first time as opposed to the times after so I dunno how accurate this'd be.
