Level 1 Craft = easy gil Anyone can do.

This is Leather craft....

1 Dark crystal
1 Sheepskin (These do not stack)
1 Distilled Water
1 Windurstian tea leaf
= Sheep Leather (It stacks)

Haven't checked the price on the single sheep leather, but i'm sure you'll get atleast 2,000 G for one.

A stack of sheep leather you will get 25,000 G to 30,000 G. And it will sell fast. If there is a large supply in the auction houses sell yours for a little less to avoid a long wait.

Complete 1 stack and sell the leather. After you sell you're 1st stack, it would be worth you're time and gil to invest in purchasing the cheap sheepskin rather than farming for it.

Follow this advice and you'll be a wealthy newbie. Of coarse there is a possibility that this post may trigger competition for you resulting in the sheep leathers worth to go down in price.

Was gonna suggest this very thing, lol. Other good things, depending on the areas you can get to, are beehive chips. Just remember, one thing I've read, and can atest to, is that the key is: fighting things that die fast(1-2 hits is optimal, but may not be available); have a good to high drop rate(why I dont farm silk anymore, even on thf); and that sells fast. Don't be concerned with big numbers, especially at your lvl. Hell, go out and solo mobs with signet up and sell the crystals they drop when you make complete stacks, along with w/e else they drop. Later crafting will be good, but for now, with the expception of using it to increase value of farmed items, and/or to make them stackable, it's not worth it.


As far as sheep leather's worth dropping, don't think it ever will by much. That single item is used in like 75%+ of the synths for cloth and leather at lower lvls, and still used at higher lvls. It will always be needed, and will sell rather quickly.
