Hi im new to FF11 and QCDN and i gotta say lol what a bright bunch u all are lol...

FF11 is pretty addictive and i just want to ask is a blm a good way to start?

BLM is a fine way to start, provided you learn self-control when dealing out the nukes when you get to party levels.
 
I see Kea and Lavi around every once in a while, but we never say anything to each other.
 
No matter what you do in the game, chances are you'll be subbing Warrior, White Mage, or Ninja to your job. If you plan on going a mage job, your best bet is to go with White Mage at the start, whether or not it's your main later. Warrior is also really good because they're good in most ways, especially at the beginning, and then you can sub it to Ninja when you can get it. However, Black Mage can do really good to if you know what you're doing.
