Soo. What's up everyone? Remember me? Ha I been playing WoW for the year and a half ive been gone. I'm actually thinking about comming back.. Would it be worth it? Is there still ton of people playing? Are the gil sellers still taking over Quetz? Leave me one, I'll reply.

Oh nos another manthra! Yes it would be worth it to come back. No there are not as many gil sellers anymore. Our server still averages what it normally does right around 3k people.

Actually I do remember you seeing you running around. In fact I think we've even partied before on your thief.
 
The only problem I have with comming back is totally forgetting everything.. for example the expansion missions.. and plus i sold my PS2 so.. if i do come back.. that's a bunch of money gone..

And if you can even find a PS2 that can support the HD. Or just get the computer version if your computer supports WoW even minimally it will support FFXI better.

I am curious how you feel it is easier to claim with PS2. Were you using a keyboard or a remote?
 
Ya i was using the PS2 controller for most of my actions.. and Keyboard for chatting. I was thinking about the Xbox verison.. but that would require buying a Xbox360 which i was already planning to do for Guitar hero II.

To claim for me was so much easier with a controller.
 
You can use a controller on the PC, just grab any PS2 ripoff USB controllers and go to town.

I suppose so i'm still thinking.. i wanna know if it's worthit. I'm already so far on WoW.. BTW if anyone is running Karazhan with there guild on there server let me know.. I'm looking for a core kara guild.. and willing to switch servers.
 
I thought I would forget everything to but I didn't, it should be okay.

I think you should come back, the game is still fun as ever, and SE proved that theres alot more to come. You might have seen the "new" world map of Vana'diel where they added a bunch of new contents (not in the game yet of course) so there should be new expansions with new jobs etc.

The game still has alot to offer, and its fun. Prices are LOW now. SE keeps making RMT cuts and billions of gil keeps getting taken out of circulation.
Just today I baught a stack of squid sushi for 10k, which usualy goes for 28k.

Come back, its fun. You'll have a blast.

On to you, Romper, there is at least 6-8 HD FFXI's in my Walmart right now. I could go pluck one off the shelf and play it if I wanted to.
 
Eh id play again but i have to buy my character back >.< 187 bucks and buy the Vana'diel collection for PC 20 bucks then the controller for usb slot. 15 bucks. That's a bit of money ya know? But ill save up and if i really have an urge ill see ya guys on!

But can you find a PS2 that supports the HD anymore? The thin ones don't support the HD.
