Merry Christmas ladies and gents!
So, I'm sure you've seen hundreds of these types of posts. I don't wanna trouble you too much, so I'll be brief.
I'm (for the second time) considering a 'come back' of sorts. I made a new character after about a year and a half break. I leveled all the original jobs up to about 20ish before just canceling my account again. Recently though, I've come into a great deal of free time and it just so happens that one of my good buddies and I have near identical schedules as far a work goes. We played FFXI together way back in the day, which is nice, since we'd both be much more likely to play, having a friend to play along with.
Anywho, I'm just sorta curious about how things are going to be for us through the first stages of the game. I know the economy is dramatically different than when we played a couple years ago. Are there any parties at low levels anymore? I'm sorta hoping we won't have to duo our way to the advanced jobs, haha.
So yeah, it's like 2am and my brain isn't really working correctly. If there is any relevant information for a returning player that you can think of, I'd be interested to hear it, seeing as how I can't think of anything else to ask.
