I don't believe in the advances you people are making against PinkPkuucha. What is the deal with all the hypocrisy? You judge a LS (HundredMillions) for calling their server transferring a "domination of another server" when Insurrection consist of nothing but server transfers (mostly) who've only been on this server for 3-5 months. Yes, Shirai you're a server transfer. The same as Atab, or anyone else that isn't originally FROM Quetz. Go look at the, "Introduce yourself" forum on QCDN.org and you'll see quite a few members from Insurrection introducing themselves. So why did you server hop? You going to validate yourselves by degrading another LS simply because they "rained" on your parade? I know what you're going to say.

As to your reasonings of why we transfered:

Please don't refer to yourselves as an authentic LS because you're not. You're just a bunch of server hopping people who disliked their original server enough to transfer to another one.

Correct, on our original server (Titan) there are two linkshells that are maybe even worse then you are.
Aside from their obvious botting they weren't afraid to steal your claims or MPK you for it.
Heck these guys would even go as far as to MPK you if they wanted your merit party camp.
Funny part, one of them is called PP in short and is pink pearled.

2. "We have friends on this server, and want to play with them."

Again another B/S excuse because one person from Hades can come to Quetz, and it's only natural his friends will follow. Ensue, and keep together a banded group of people who are cohesive in their unity. Or~ they all wanted to adventure together on another server, a change; a chance to break away from standards set by an already established LS who has dominated their home server for many years. A chance to come to a server totally new to them, and turn heads.

Incorrect, when most of us came here, I didn't know a single soul.
I made most of the friends here after I transfered, and once again, that and where I came from is no secret.

Wrong. When Insurrection first appeared they were viewed as just the same as any other server hopping LS. Thought you were botters. The only thing you did right was you reformed your LS and underwent this transformation from obvious LS hoppers, to rebuilt on Quetz giving you some sort of lame authenticity?

Most likely, we are very aware what WGC/WTF/DD/Epic caused here.
We are also very aware that a lot of people rather didn't want to see us come and that we would not be well liked.

However the most part of our linkshell is built out of people that were in the same linkshell back on Titan.
We did bring a few friends along, that is true.
We did recruit a few from the local population, that is true too.
However before moving to this server, we investigated, looked around, talked to people to find out about the unwritten rules between the endgame linkshells.

I got nothing to hide though. I'm Fail. I quit for 9 months, I came back. I was Moist, I PVP'd a lot. I was in TheFlock and Sparta (Grayswander LS) Myspace.com/loopmein_oddone (add me! ^^). AIM=Jaayeee(Shoot me an AIM) name=Jeremy McGuirk Location:Florida, Winter Haven [email protected] and whatever else.

Neither have I, please feel free to do a background check on me on my old server Titan.
I've been in VertigoLS for 1.5 years till they broke, I was their CoP and sea officer.
When they broke I was without an endgame LS for a bit until joined up with Endlessabyss, which mostly did sky and Dynamis but at NA times and as you can see I am european so their playtimes were too late for me.
This made me decide to go to Clovers, which was a linkshell that played in EU time more, I've been an officer in that linkshell too responsible for sea until I got tired of leading a linkshell together with my full time job and decided to step down and just be a normal member.
I did, and still do however plan and pull Dynamis for these guys.
It is with this linkshell, or at least a part of it that we decided to move away to another server.

There is a bit more history behind the decission to migrate, but I'll leave that to post by a LS mate that has been in the LS longer then me because I only know part of the history.

Close. We didn't like our original server, true. But then again we've never denied that. One of the main reasons for the transfer was a split in our original LS on Titan. Due to conflicting interests in a shell that regularly capped linkshell capacity at 64, we decided it was time to split up and thin out the member base. And not wanting to be competing with some old friends, we moved. Half stayed on Titan doing their thing, half transferred out to do theirs.

Never claimed to have friends on this server. We moved as a group of 25~ at the same time. As to the reasons for transferring, covered that.

No doubt original shells weren't happy to see a new LS pop up. That's more competition. Suppose it's possible people accused us of botting. However, we don't, didn't, and never at any point hinted at the idea that we might. In fact, many of our members took the time to try and integrate with the community here on this server. Unless I miss that one thread someone posted about Insurrection's dominating aspirtations. However if one of our folks made that, please, point out the link.

Welcome back. However, as other people on this board have said, there had to be better options for you, especially since this is your home server. Jumping on board with the flavor of the month, who admit to botting, just shows you're willing to cheat, or condone cheating in an effort to chase those pixels you were preaching about earlier. I can respect trying to stick up for your linkshell. I get that, honestly. But a time comes when you need to take a look at your situation, and decide if you're arguing on the right side of the table. They bot. They admit it. Someone confirmed it. If you're ok with it, that's cool. But don't try to spin the attention off to the people pointing it out. We have legs to stand on. You sadly, do not.

I've been playing for too long to care about who bots, and who doesn't bot. I especially don't care about who has, and who hasn't admitted it. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and you guys got a picture and felt like you obtained gold. There is this need to validate, and justify not only yourselves, but your pixel mates. You do this with vigor and with intent to destroy and humiliate other people. This is the socially acceptable tradition, and the natural mindset when doing end-game.

Thank you for welcoming me back to FFXI in general. I appreciate you acknowledging my coming to aid my LS, and I totally appreciate you guys taking my post, quoting, and responding back. It was just like getting a message on myspace ;D

We'll never agree, and we won't agree to disagree either. I will never find any other LS (On Quetz) with information of their own use of third party programs because you guys (even your trial members) respect the LS, and are ecstatic to be apart of it. We let a bad apple in who was gear hungry, and he got emotional over TOD because if given to our LS, since he was a trial he probably wouldn't of been able to lot. He rendered it useless to us because of that. In essence what was our private thoughts become public by some jack-ass, and these LS's that harbored so much judgmental criticism and hypocrisy that it stunned us. Because there it was; on text format that members use third party programs? Finally a chance to point a finger at an LS other than your own because this time it wasn't wild accusations. Evidence and it felt nice to pass judgement. Your LS moved from Titan because of an initial break-up of your original LS. Pink left Alexander because it was infested with end-game and legitimacy to claim held no merits. Everyone has a reason, and the reason begins with the original server. Pink is new, and you guys had what you believed evidence to humiliate, and defile PinkPkuucha's morale. Kudos to you.

I don't know if your talking about Ata as your LDR. When he first arrived he tried to act like he was actually respectable telling Cerb and Kire to stop getting in arguements on this board. Then when the truth came out... He revealed himself for what he truly is. A huge douchebag who openly admits to bot.

It is probably true that your LS isn't meant to be associated w/ other LSs such as 100M or Epic, but the fact is a good majority of your LS is associated w/ the LSs people have mentioned throughout this thread. Furthermore, because you changed you moved to a new LS w/ a new color and name doesn't change who you guys are known to be. Hence, is why people don't like you. There is no way for you guys to become a respectable LS now. Openly admitting to botting was a big no no.

Yes, majority of Insurrection is from Titan. We don't have nothing to hide and we openly admitted we are server transfers. If you want my reason for transferring it didn't have anything to do w/ HNMing because I wasn't in a HNM on Titan. I transferred to be w/ my best friend on game, Pocketrockets, who was a member of Clovers. I didn't know anyone on this server and I have made friends w/ a lot of people on this server. We have been respectable and have done what we had to earn peoples' respect.

Thats why people from this server skipped or didn't pay attention to your posts Words because they know what kinda people we are and they also know the people your associated with. Your guys words mean nothing on this forums now...

Nah, you give me more credit than I deserve. I feel no need to validate our linkshell. I feel no desire to destroy, or humiliate other people. Just simply pointing out cheaters. No more, no less. You can't deny there is a stigma associated with known botters, or known botting shells. Of course anyone can come with the arguement "yeah yeah everyone bots, everyone knows it, so what?" But, without proof of someone cheating, the phrase "innocent until proven guilty" holds true. Of all the shells on Quetz, yours blatently cheats. Now everyone knows that. And will help to uncover the nature and attitude of those choosing to remain in your shell, or choose to join it from this point on.

Yep, we did. Accidental indeed. We had Fafnir at 15% rather quickly and alliance was perfectly healthy. A slip of a menu option unfortunately. We don't mind admitting it. Mistakes happen.

You were doing ok till this bit here. Especially the bold stuff. If you're implying that we're no better than you for letting the community see that they're up against cheeters on the end game scene (with pics someone in your own shell sent too, I might add), that's a pretty wild comparison. "We bot, and you told on us, therefore, we're both equally assholes." Hmm, you're right, we probably won't agree to disagree, so I'll leave it up to everyone else to decide how they feel about that trian of thought.

You seem like a smart individual. And certainly have a strong sense of loyality. A first impression is hard to undo unfortunately. This shell has been exposed wide open. Opinions of cheaters will not change. If you choose to stay on with PP, that's your decision, and honestly, none of mine or anyone elses business. If you're ok with their outlooks and morals, I'm certainly not going to try and change your stance on it. But I honestly suggest you stop trying to defend them. If your online rep doesn't mean anything to you, then you have nothing to gain in defending the actions of cheaters. And all you're doing, is looking a bit foolish trying to do so.

I'll be bowing out here. If nothing else, hopefully people looking for a new shell and consider PP will read what others have had to say from both sides of the table, and be able to make an informed decision. Have fun folks.

Never botted. Heck, I have YET to be suspended for anything. I've been playing fairly this whole time with my "bunch of pixels".

I have actually been hacked before and had alot of my equips dropped / stolen because of some random asshole who "cheats because everyone else is doing it" decided to have a bit of fun.

Yeah. I'd get mad over "a bunch of pixels".

Why?

Because I'm spending money on it. I'm paying to play this game and have a good time. And if someone comes along and fucks me out of it, needless to say, I'm going to be furious. I think this is a BIG part of the argument that someone missed.

Now, if this was something that's free to play, like Maple Story or some minor game that's clearly designed for casual gamers, I wouldn't even be upset. I'd dust myself off, and just move on.

But because money out of my pocket is paying for these "pixels", then yeah, I've got every right to be upset.

I'd like to get a Black Belt for my MNK someday. But I'm looking at all this botting and drama that's been going on at Kings for the past... well... heck, since Kings were introduced.

My best bet is to save up my Kindred Seals and just go for a KS99 since Fafnir's even MORE of a bitch-fest now.

I really shouldn't have to do that, to be honest. I've camped Fafnir before and I've gotten claim fair and square before, because most of the shells that I was cross-camping were well-known regulars of Quetzalcoatl and didn't make a habit of botting. We knew who was who and who did what.

Now that I'm seeing all this...

I don't know if I want to bother with this kind of stuff now. I'm paying the game to have fun. Not paying for E-Drama.

Yea, the most I've 'cheated' was the disengage/reengage trick that was fixed awhile ago...botting is wasting other's money. I kind of compare it to road-work on the road, everyone's waiting in line going 5mph, and someone flies by @80, then cuts over at the last second. Your time isn't more valuable than anyone elses. Sometimes these people get caught, and I smile everytime they do.
