You are a nice guy, a very good PLD. And unlike some people in endgame(He shall not be named but you can figure it out) you seem to possess some level of intelligence, you don't go around using say to insult others, you also have a group of people who have excellent equip and all around good manners.


You have such strong potential, why you would risk it all as well as pass a chance up at a respectable reputation is beyond me.

Unlike most people, I think the effective approach to dealing with players in these situations is not engage in verbal wars with them but rather speaking to them and helping players adapt to the server and abide by the servers "ways of doing things". I know all too well what a grudge can push you to do. You love outclaiming assholes. I do too :biggrin:


However, the fact of the matter is, if you would like me to just spell it out for you, not all of us are botters. Some of us spend all our free time camping HNMs and giving all our efforts to perfect our shells and the people closest to us in game.

You have no right to disrupt the natural flow of things by using tools to beat honest, hard working players or gain any unfair advantage of any player that gives their hard earned money to FFXI.

Ok ill admit it, we took out a loan for 30 FF characters, server transfer and a bot for each from the National Bank of Wank.
 
Sometimes, I get the feeling some of you have no real interested in making the community a more fun and safer place.

You cannot fight fire with fire. It's a silly tactic and it only fuels the problem. By engaging in such verbal assault, you are also violating the user agreement. That's harassment. You cant do that, you just can't.

I know how it works. By insulting them verbally in such a way you see above, they will only further their efforts to make players on quetz miserable. Not to mention, if they do GM you, you would be putting your account at risk. And for whom? A botter? Not worth in my opinion.

I don't want to see people get banned, MPKed, or treated like garbage. It's a video game.. Its supposed to be fun. If you cannot provide the appropriate remedies to the situation at hand, you might as well just stay out of it because by violating the agreement yourself, you just further the cycle.

Mr. Atabulus, I've been a gamer for longer then I want to remember.

I've played a lot of games, and seen a lot of online games be ruined by the likes of you.
People using bots and hacks because they simply cannot win without, using the same excuse every time.
It's people like that make me sick to my stomach, even if we're just 'playing a game'.
The proof is there on the website of the bot you admit using.
The proof is here in this thread, spread over several pages.
If you feel insulted by the proof put before everyone's eyes earlier in the thread, so be it.
