no.. this is what happens when corperations don't like to sign that thing where we have to put environmentally safe things in the factories. With all that crap being put into the atmosphere... well.. Hurricanes and other natural occurances are ways the planet cools itself off. Go go greed!!
 
er... not so sure about that but ok lol yeah im in san antonio ( Home of the champions) and im about to get hit hard... so ttyl imma go pick up my gf and hide... maybe try and rebuild texas' population while im hide'n at her place... jk :)
 
it's true.. the polution causes global warming which then rises to have the planet cool itself off. Hurricanes/Thunderstorms/etc are ways in which it does that... anyways...

lol, global warming is a myth!!! Pay no mind to the longer hotter summers and definately be sure to make no mention of the shorter warmer winters .. it's all a myth cooked up by tree hugging hippies who have nothing better to do than blame the establishment for the rain they're too stupid to get out of. :roll:

Instead of being insulting or making off-the-cuff remarks about what you think might be causing these storms i'd say a healthy amount of information can be found on the subject of global warming here.

I'm in Houston. You better believe I'm packing my things and heading North, probably to Austin. And hey; look on the bright side, I can visit UT Austin while I'm there!

Or you could realize that nature goes through ups and downs in something of a cycle. Even if global warming happened, the hurricanes at worst would be about 5% more powerful. Also, ocean temperatures change rather independently of air temperatures. Don't swallow all the 'facts' you hear about global warming so quickly.

HOLY CRAP it just winked at me.

Poor gulf area. I live in North Carolina and I've had a couple big 'canes come through here, and they were rough, but NOTHING like what the gulf has been hit by recently, it's awful, really.

not to be a tool or anything there but where's the information to support that statement aside from that dude's opinions based on the previous storms >.> You've got to have a better link than that... maybe something like this.

Who's to say global warming is a bad thing anyway?
