Just so nobody misses this. I'll repost it. For how many times I've seen Tyrath back up Jamals arguments, he sure doesn't think much of Tyrath or Tymon for that matter.

This is an email from Jamal to the special task force. I've ran Nyzul Isle/assualt with Tyrath/trippyhippy for a almost a year now, and I've never seen him do anything ingame that would warrent this kind of microscope. You know Jamal though, has to catch them all!

I also told them I was doing it, this shouldn't be a revelation.

The issue with Hollie did really continue on past it's prime, but he obtained the item before the LS had any real set "rules" about the shell. It was the first thing we had really done together as a whole. This was the same time that I got my Black Tathlum. Although I was upset that Hollie stopped coming, it was only because it looked suspicious, nothing was ever said about it and Hollie was asked to return the item. I continued on in the shell for a few weeks after, but I was accepted in with Jamal aware of my fairly busy schedule. I was pestered over and over to return my item to the shell, even though I had still been in attendance up until I was removed from the shell, I was still asked to return my item long after I was gone, but it was never by a leader, just an angry member that lumped me in with the whole situation that saw me as abandoning the shell though in actuality, I was kicked.

Throughout all of this I don't harbor any ill feelings towards Jamal, Audino or Auron, the decision was made because I couldn't attend as often, and I would gladly return when my schedule frees up. I certainly don't believe that Jamal would be running this shell for personal gain, even though I might not agree with some of the rules set forth, such as items being property of the shell and it becoming a "more than casual" shell. Jamal might be a tough guy to deal with sometimes, but running a shell is stressful. He's a reasonable guy and from the short time I was in SnB, just about everyone was nothing but polite and reasonable. I never had any feelings of mistrust or ill will. He and the other leaders wanted what was best for the shell.

There's a different way of going about things than just getting angry or upset about it, taking someone aside and discussing it with them personally in a reasonable matter is the best course of action.

I guess I am looking at it from a personal perspective and how I would feel about being told to give something back that I helped to attain. But if they knew prior to rolling that dice, then its their own fault. It seems like that just invites a little drama as well, b/c good luck getting my speed belt back after we killed it together just because it does have "Rare / Ex" in the corner. ^^

Our shell is not restricted from posting in any section of QCDN, however it is frowned upon to get engaged in a flame about players and/or linkshells as we would like to keep a positive outlook on our servermates and other linkshells. It's more of a precautionary measure for the most part, as most can't hold back and take things personally. With a loose drama policy like we have, it's really to protect our family from creating situations where we have to boot and lose them. ; ; Kind of shitty I know, but even the community must realize that this behavior is what causes some larger LSs (albeit we are ~50 active atm, after removing ~15 inactive) to restrict QCDN posting at all.

Hence I am addressing how that treasure system works, not a flame that I have to admit is very entertaining. ^^ My F5 button flew off the keyboard and landed on the floor during some recently removed portions.

Hollie didn't 'help to obtain it' though. He didn't even camp the sandworm, just showed up at the fight to get engulfed. Personally, I was happy he got it, and figured it would boost his morale in coming to events. When that wasn't the case, I wanted one of our other DRG's that was showing dedication to be the one to hold the reward.

I have to ask most SnB members... what are you doing with him? Why are you in that LS? Do you want to be used as a tool, as a weapon, against people who've done nothing wrong? Do you want to continue to help the same old members get items while you lag behind in a points system not helping you. There's a number of members on that roster that I know and consider friends. I assumed that they were better people than what Jamal is going to use them as. Who cares what I think anyone, I'm posting this for you to make your own assumption. Who's the real "Bad guy"? That's completely up to you.

I don't really hold anything personally against you. If anything I appreciate the things you've done for me like giving me cheap coins from dynamis and all that. However, don't take this the wrong way. If you spent time in the shell you'd know why we choose to be members. We work well as a team, we're successful, we have strong leadership. Jamal's an asshole, sure. Mostly on here. The guy handles SnB well and I really have nothing to complain about. One thing that gets to a lot of people is mixing QCDN in with the game. There are plenty of people that I think are purely retarded on this site, but when it comes to in game things, I'm way more likely to give people the benefit of the doubt. Shit, I have a guy in my Einherjar shell that I've gone back and forth with insults on here. Guess what? We get along fine in game and he's one of my best members as far as performance and attendance wise. And about the points system, its designed so that the people that put in more effort get rewarded faster than those that don't. Again, you're not in the shell and I wouldn't expect you to know. I see more than an alliance full of people coming in every night to do things. SnB is far from struggling due to unfairness.

Also, for the record, why do you keep making it sound like Encore is Jamal's shell? It wasn't. Willian and I were the ones holding it together because it was our shell. When people wanted to leave because of Jamal, he stood up and said he would leave instead so those people would stay. It turned out that those people anyways found something else that they would rather have done on those nights. Not everything is as it seems.

This isn't just a simple friend defense either. I'm stating things logically because it seems like you're on a campaign to convince people that he treats others horrible. He might, yeah. I'm not always happy about everything he does. I'll also never try to tell him what to do and say. He's responsible for himself.

One thing I don't get though... posting pictures that he used to reveal hackers and botters in the server... how is that part of the flame again? Far as I can tell, that provided proof that those people deserve whatever kind of exile that we can provide.

SnB's policy has always been betterment of the ls over betterment of the people.

Which is why despite lsmembers wanting me to get aegis, i sided with the group that said we're able to kill everything without it, so I wouldn't want it done.

Our attrition has been with low-attendance people. Everyone that's been in the shell for awhile has stayed in for the longhaul. Not really sure where you're going with this. As this is the only post deserving rebuttal, I'll start here.

This is not my problem and all but it annoying to see Jamal around this board acting like he is the shit, this flames about the Hollie's Zahak Mail is really gay, all the things I read here sorta hyporcite as hell to me lol. Jamal, do you know how did you get you attestation for the shield so easy? I passed it, before we merged with you I discussed with J that I agreed to passed it for you for kinda like a deal of merging linkshell (I have the dynamis shield myself). You would of got your animated shield's item too if you didn't caused so much dramas. It was Kabrina joined Integralis and you called her a whore, bitch and so on in whole linkshell chat, that why all left you even tho some were your hnm linkshell members. Do you know why? people always want more (greedyness) also she can't stand you, too much dramas as a leader. While it is completely two different things between HNM and dynamis but you brought them together and it broke the linkshell split apart after. Dude you even tried to get into Integarlis yourself but got rejected, such a hyprocite. I have alot of friends you know? high places. Another thing is Begen, you remember that day in Behemoth Dominion? We were there day before and got ToD and begen came next day you said he stole your tod and spam all stupid shout in behemoth said how my linkshell suck, any of my members want to join you /tell you now lol. Let me tell you about being a leader, you give more than you get, so when linkshell over people still remember you, you don't like that member kick them then end it, no need to keep going. Also, people join the linkshell for items and that is their biggest goal. They're not your slaves treat them as equal give equal share, nothing is your, there is no linkshell property thing; once it go to members it is their items no matter what you said, it is reality.

Another thing is... man, all people you think are friends and all kiss your ass play along at the moment once they done with items, it is not the same so no need to worth up over some mail for this small drama. Only advice i got for you my friend is retain from posting too much craps on QCDN, you on here 24/7 lol. I think people would love you more if you disappear or slowly faith away from here. Make new friends better than enemies, you can't imagine how much enemies you have out there in game and how many people hate you lol.
