I cant deside!

The latent for Hachiman Kote is active only when you have more than 100% TP, that's why they're useless once you get 5/5 store tp merits.

Regardless of whether it's <100% or >100%, the extra STP from Hachiman hands mean you don't have to WS in Hachiman sune-ate (with 5/5 STP merits and brutal/Rajas). This makes them rather useful, not useless. Having the ability to WS in Rutter Sabatons and such will be a larger boost to overall damage output, and you'll be able to walk at normal speed while you do it.

I dont think thats totally true. I honestly can't see possibly more than a few hundred damage difference ish ish.. I'm sure the differences will be very small using either setup.

Try doing a parse on a good SAM at a merit party or endgame event like Dynamis, Limbus, HNM or something.

A LOT of their damage percentage comes from weapon skills in comparison to their melee damage total. "a few hundred damage difference" per weapon skill will do a great deal more to your total damage output than the 3.5 attack difference in your TP gear.

He's saying a few hundred TOTAL, over a long period of time. You're not going to get a few hundred damage from 5 more attack and 1 more STR; you're more than likely not going to notice anything at all.

I've already proven how you can still WS in other shoes and maintain a 6-hit with Hachiman feet.

You'll get more from STR+1 Att+5 in your WS setup than Att+3.5 in your TPing setup though. That much is obvious.

How?

That'd mean using Askar Body, Hachiman hands or a ridiculous food like Carbonara, which are all inferior.

Parsing during events is a bad way to get data IMO, people afk for extended periods, hold tp, etc, etc.

I was referring to a few hundred damage difference for the total damage not just per WS. If 1 str and 5 attk gave you 200 extra damage, what idiot wouldnt try to use rutters, etc.

What's your point? You WS'd in Hachiman feet there... Your argument was that you could swap them out for WS and retain 6hit.

No, I didn't. That was the point of the whole test, to not WS in hachiman feet.

See how I'm invisible in the first screen shot? I'm putting them back on after my weapon skill.

Then you either got hit once for 1 TP, DA'd on your Goten, or are using Chiv. Chain and/or Brutal earring for the extra STP during WS. You mentioned you had no Sea gorget in that post, so i'm guessing you were using Chiv. Chain (inferior).
