Well ok maybe I can draw but not well...

A long time ago I posted a few pictures that I did and well... personally I'm not as proud as I used to be as them heh... I've gotten better. I don't feel like sorting through all the images I have done but its been a while andI felt the urge to share.

Interiorfinalfinal.jpg

I have this image bigger but I just didn't feel like posting it. Details.... um.... 2days of modeling and about half a day on lighting and textureing. Render time..... 1-2hours.. First time attempting a realistic interior.

Details: This one was a lighting test... yes I know the water is wierd. Modeling 30min-1hour, lighting 1hour-2hours, render time: 10min.

PS: If anyone see's this image posted by Mrmilkcarton on other sites that is me :). I don't know if my sig is still the tube things but on the first picture the little thing hanging on the right wall has my sig that I made.

Oh wow! Very nice! That looks so complicated to do. The first picture I actually thought was real. @_@

Great work! Keep it coming!

wait.. that first one is a drawing? holy fuck x.x and the second one is great too.. Wow....

Very nice, I've always messed around with 3d stuff like this, didnt really pic up on it. Do you use cinema 4D or 3d max?

3ds max

First image is very close to photo realistic Oraga. Good job on relating the lights with the surfaces. Lighting is the the most important thing when attempting to make things look real.

If the 2nd image wasn't a test, i'd say fix the resolution on the shadows, and keep the water smooth with a slight bevel at the edge of it.

Yea I saw that on shoutwire, its an amazing drawing, the only difference is this was used in photoshop, so he pretty much painted this entire thing.

That first pic is really well done Oraga, in comparison, this is something I came across afew weeks ago looking at PS tutorials

Damen.jpg

This is an image with over 15,000 layers.

The site I saw it at is http://www.bertmonroy.com/fineart/text/fineart_damen.htm

Yours looks just as good to me, just not as detailed. :)

With the little I have done in photoshop I'd sure as hell would hate to have to do something of that scale. Shading in all >.>.

Also thought the first pic was real.

As for the one of the train tracks with 15,000 layers.... wow. That's just awesome. Hope that person does that for a living and makes a great deal of money doing it. It's about as realistic as a photograph.

Wow, that is awesome. Nice work.

Wait the first picture is not real? O_o wow

This next image was more of a concept. The refraction and the reflection worked together to make an odd look which I am not fond of but will deal with. The main focus is what is in the globe and not the out side. 3-4hours rendering... and yes I did render it useing the interior scene (first post). It is on glass not floating (on the table). The rug as I said before got refracted oddly... yada yada yada. I call it Paradise On E. I'm lazy.

nice none the less. hehe after futher inspection, I spy a bomb-bomb!

there is three in a box on the one wall, varying sizes

That first one looks awesome ^^

As for the 15,000 layer one... I'm speechless.

I know there is definatly one in the picture, and I have seen it. (not spoiling) but I could swear the spheres had eyes.
