I was reading the FAQ about Custom Title Text but it doesn't say what requirements are for the admin to grant you that ability.

Can anyone shed light on this for me? :confused:

Whether or not you are able to set a custom title depends on how long you have been with QCDN. Currently it's set to 365 days.

Best I could come up with. I know Sculli mentioned that he used to let people who donated make their own titles. There may be other ways, but this is all I got for you at the moment.

<- According to that I've been here since Nov 04 but I still can't set a title for myself :confused:
 
i've been here one month less than you and i just set my new title. ;)
 
Yea, I don't have that option of going to the Edit Profile and changing my user text.

So...you gotta know someone who knows someone who has a connection with a guy he knows that is sleeping with the person I need to talk to in order to get a custom title?

Not quite.
Custom titles used to be on donation basis about a year ago. Now custom titles are a perk for long standing QCDN members who have been registered for 364+ days and have 100+ posts.
 
Ahh....damn. That sucks. So that explains the Bri guy who only has like 45 posts.

So a year huh? Jeez....Well, thx for the heads up. :)
 
There may be some changes forthcoming in the next few weeks.
I will take the time between Christmas and New Year's to implement a donation system again, those who donate will get certain perks. The details are not worked out yet, but the ability to set a custom title will likely be one of them.
