First off, I have a Mule that, by Lv.11, and with no subjob I might add, has surpassed you in many ways. It has Rank 6, Kazaam pass, Airship pass, ZM3, All of the Teleport Cystals, Gobbybag I-VI, Moghouse Upgrades I-III, and nearly every outpost supply run completed.
Ok, so I wasn't Lv.1, but you get the point.
You have a Bard at Lv.62, and a WHM in your thirties, and are in possession of a JP linkshell. Then you take it upon yourself to trash the North American population as a whole be cause you can never seem to find a good party. I admit it's hard to find a good group, but there are things I learned along the way that definately helped me avoid bad parties. For instance, If I see a Rank 4 WHM seeking and I see a Rank 6 one seeking, while the Rank 4 one is Subbing Bard and the Rank 6 one is subbbing somethign more appropriate, i can avoid a shit party and invite the Rank 6 one, because they have a better understanding of the game than the Rank 4 WHM/BRD. You are probably getting shitty parties because you are making choices that attract newbs and scare away good players. No self respecting 'good player' is going to pick a WHM that has 25% less MP from an inapropriate sub. But I will tell you that the worst players on our server will invite a WHM/BRD because they have been exiled by the rest of the populous, and can't find groups do to thier inappropriate or underleveled subs.
If you need a PL as a WHM you have severe problems. WHM you can breeze through just about as fast as BRD. But I would assume you got to 30 With your WHM without a sub or at least an underleveled one, got your Bard advanced job, and blew through the leveling because, well... Bard is THE EASIEST job to level. Ask any bard.... So on that Note I could assume that you have a whopping ~95-100 levels worth of experience in the game total. (Brd-62, Whm-32, BLM~1-7). I don't think you're a dipshit, just frustrated and naive. I know, we've all been in your shoes. I was the same way before I got my rank up and realized it helped the invites, and got myself an apropriate subjob helped intice the better players to actually invite me so I wasn't stuck with the newbs.. I leveled and tried out several different party configurations, because there is a lot more to the game than just leveling. One of the Funnest Parties I was in was a Cannon Party of Darks in Qufim, it was slow exp but fun ass hell. If you can't find enjoyment in simple things like leveling with a variety of people/jobs/skill levels, and you don't find missions/quests amusing, perhaps this is not your cup of tea, and you should move on.

If you're not having fun...
Just resist doing the things that are hurting you. Learn your WHM job and try to enjoy it. See if you can meet good players and fordge relationships for later. Level a propper subjob and get your rank up and you will avoid some of the problems you are having. As well you might want to rethink your strategies when it comes to defending yourself.. Image is a big part of life, and when it comes to such 'online' things, how you present yourself in text plays a huge role in how you are precieved. To me, all you are is text... You might want to be a little more attractive..
