My girlfriend just bought The Legend of Zelda on DVD, the one that ran with the Super Mario Brothers Super Show.

..I'm appauled at the number of times Link says "Well, Excuuuuuuuse me, Princess!". I mean, I remember him saying it when I was younger, sure. BUT HE SAYS IT EVERY OTHER LINE.

Not that I mind.

The puns are the best.

"Whoa Princess! We're all washed up! Good thing we found our depth in this pool!"

"Keep that up, buster, and we're sunk for sure!"

And Link constantly harassing Zelda about kisses and how she loves him.

I ran acrossed a silverhawks vhs in the store recently and had to buy it!
i remember every single show from the 80's too. Me and some friends used to sit here and talk about em sometimes!

I loved all the old mario cartoon series. Puts modern cartoons to shame. We had it good then. Origonal Turtle cartoon was really good too.

Roommate got the 1st, 2nd and now 3rd season of ThunderCats on DVD. It's really cheezy but i like it. Now that i'm older and viewing it, Mum-ra has me laughing for days. How he reacts to others, and everything he says and does is really really really evil. He's too hardcore for little kids.

Well animated, but not all of it is. The Intro has probably the best animation for a animated series ever.
 
I must admit, I loved the WWF cartoon....was sooo in love w/ Hulk Hogan when I was little LMAO

I also dug the Get-Along Gang and the Snorks. (When He-Man wasn't on...I was definitely a girly girl as a kid, but who doesn't <3 He Man???)

I was never into Mario but the original Ninja Turtles was the shit... I think I even have the original Ninja Turtles The Movie comic book somewhere.
