I imagine he's talking about a crafting guild. And if that's the case, 100k guild points lost stings like a bitch.

Did you attempt a GM call directly after you did it, Kobalt?

I doubt a GM can do anything about that other than an account rollback. And I don't think there gonna do it for guild points

Unfortunately, I can attest that a GM will not do anything about it. I saved up almost 20k assault points for an item I wanted, but as I was looking at other items that I could purchase, I accidentally hit accept and wasted the points on a junk item. I immediately called a GM and they said they could do nothing even though they say they can now restore items. Apparently, they'll only restore items you've tossed or something, I'm not entirely sure. Another time, I was in an alliance, one person lotted several of the drops and then everyone else passed. He only had a couple of spaces open in his inventory which he did not realize and there were 3 items he was taking. 2 items dropped to him, the third was lost. A GM said there was nothing he could do.

You can try your luck, but I'd imagine the results will be the same. It sucks. =(

That's actually awful Sorry it happened.

Naturally, the GM's will do nothing. When you do change contracts with crafting guilds, though, to be fair, they tell you you'll lose your points in any other contracts you have.

Still sucks.
