I need a Geek!

Howdy ya, I need a geek to answer a question for me. Everytime I log in to QCDN I have to type in my name and password, but I always click the box that says to save my name and pass and log me in automatically, but it never does. Am I doing something wrong? Is there something I have to adjust on my browser or some such?

Which browser are you using? Do you have something installed that might be blocking cookies?

I use IE, and what are these "cookies" of which you speak?

webistes use "cookies," which are really just text files, to store short bits of information such as login data. Now, since you're using IE, make sure your privacy level isn't too high. Otherwise it will block cookies from certain sites.


P.S. Switch to Firefox, IE sucks :twisted:

If your on XP, go to yoru C: drive Documentandsettings/youraccount/cookies/

then find the .txt file should look like [email protected].


Delete it, then come sign in here, and click the box. should fix it..
