lol 3.9 my ass, that shit isnt possible. I run a 4.44 and am considered faster then the average football or soccer player by far. Olypmic runners average between 4.29 and 4.38....so your saying an average football player can run as fast as an olympic runner? There has never been an official time under 4.004 seconds. The faster football players run around a 4.4-4.5

/shrug. I could be mistaken, maybe I'm thinking of a different distance or something. I know for a fact, Maurice Clarett ran a 4.2 in college, and was a joke when he finally hit training camp 'cause he was running a 4.9 in Denver. Might be 40yards vs 40meters, I really don't know. Deion Sanders was renowned for running a 3.9

No, his time wasn't proven to be incorrect, he ran a 4.29 and was timed by hand which gives a more favorable time. So you could say he would have run a 4.3 or so while being electronically timed. The fastest electronically recorded time was a 4.1 by Tye Hill at the NFL combine this year. He's a CB for the Rams now.
