I get that pup 2 hr question all the time. It enhances manuevers and makes it unable to overload while its up, so in other words, nothing. I use it when Im bored cause it'll never save anyone from dying. Kinda nice with the turbo charger (melee speed +) and attuner/target marker (ignore def/ignore eva) but thats about the only time.

So it kinda fails like Last resort, except on a much bigger scale.
