In all seriousness, there's no reason for me to not say that. I do try not to bring up what happened, both out of respect, and because it was technically "unresolved", but that was what happened, and I'm not going to say otherwise just because the whole thing got dropped once the person resigned, and they never admitted it. It's only unproven because it didn't need to go on.

funny as it may seem I don't think rep downs are really all that bad since they have to leave a comment and they aren't always wrong about what they say; for Garvin's case anyways I can't remember that far back with my rep downs but the rest probrably weren't that special or noteworthy in the first
