When I realized that we have boards for gaming, anime, and off topic items...but no board to really discuss what movies and television series we have loved and are sad to see go! Maybe it's the homosexual in me but I think this forum will be nice to discuss various things about the topic on hand.

In regards to The Fountain. Even the guy who I rented from said, watch half, take it all in, watch the other half. There were too many things going on for me personally. However I wont say it was bad, just wasn't my type.

Looking at fountains always makes me have to use the bathroom, that's one reason I hate malls.

Nice addition on the extra forum though, guess it'll be a good way to see what to watch in the theaters or even just pass in general when it comes to movies.
 
I actually finally watched The Fountain last night. Couldn't believe how short it was, it was good, but nothing spectacular. I guess I expected more.
 
Ya'know.
When I worked at the theater waay back in October-December '06, I kept seeing previews for The Fountain on this little TV screen they had in the bar. Looked interesting. Never saw it.
Maybe I'll rent it later. Pirate. Same thing. Cool new board though.

I still have not see this movie. Tryed to once but the begaining is just... slow.
 
average. i caught it on hbo a few nights ago after dejavu mentioned it in vent, so i tivo'd it. rachel weisz is hot as always tho, i'd see it again just for that reason. =)
