Has anyone else had horrible, horrible crafting luck lately?

I went 0/30 on Tier 1 before I HQ'd my last, and now I'm 0/15. Willian told me he is also 0/19 on Tier 1...has anyone else had bad luck?

I'm wondering if SE ninja'd Tier 1 in the last update.
 
tier I is more like 5% no? 1/10 is a lie for me too...

Supposedly its 1/16 on average, so 6,25%. 0/30 isnt even unusual.
 
I've gone 0/35 on tier II before. Tier 1 is nothing to do that.
 
I've always maintained that tier 1 HQ rate was lower, probably more like 6-7%.

My tier 1 HQ rate has always been below average, so when I do 1/24 on Errant Slops like I did last time, I consider it normal.

Although if we're venting... I feel like I've been experiencing some crafting karma backlash. Been a while since my last tier 0 HQ or important tier 1. And then I'm 2/5 HQs on Cerb Leather HQs(tier 1) and went 3/6 on Cuir Gloves +1(tier 1 at 60 LC)... which I was making on Sano instead of my LC mule because I didn't want to HQ a bunch. See how well that worked?

No, SE did not ninja'd t1. You're just having bad luck wich imo isnt really that bad luck.
I seriously doubt they will ever ninja the HQ tiers. Its working fine so I dont see why they would :)
Besides, t1 has always been a bit weird. Been 0/120ish on t1 and these things happen.

Thats a t0 (unless tyou can find a way to have clothcraft 71 and goldsmithing 106), thats not even close to rare. It's even below average i would say. I went 1/86 for my first genie weskit, and i didnt consider myself unlucky.

I'm confused. 1/66 is below average? Or did I misunderstand you?
 
Some guy on Levi(?) is 5/33 on Sheikh Manteels. Slightly ridiculous.
 
Went 2/12 on nereid rings the other day when I was converting my trumpet shells into trumpet rings to npc dump. What a great use of t0 hqs!

Hes saying an average tier0 synth is 1/99 so 1/66 is better than that.
 
2/23 on Haubergeon+1's....I thought that was bad...I was wrong ; ;
