Thats because they're two different games, and goods dominate Eve's economy, where as gil dominates FFXI's. Guess which one is better? Yeah, Eve's.

Not only that but there are countless more actual markets in Eves economy. In FFXI all you have is Jeuno. So price stays reletivly static.
