Hes most likely a leader person of a Dynamis LS and collects all the coins and or they decided to give him all the coins to get his relic weapon from and now he decide to bail on them and sell it all for his own gain.

actually, if he really is worth 500 mil -1 billion, 10k isn't all that unrealistic. On Kujata right now through IGE, 50 million is 775 according to their website. So 500 million would be 7,750, and if his coins are 50k each, he's got more than that right there, not to mention all the other gear and the actual value of the account. 10,000 isn't that far off, It might even be alittle low, depending on what their server is selling coins at.
 
I'll fly to cythe's house, demand he gives me half the money, and then castrate him for doing this if he ever decided to do this kinda thing :P
