I dont see why there couldn't be a seperate flameboard for the general chat area for specifically the QCDN flames. Or have the flameboard set-up like the multimedia area where the flames could be split into QCDN flames and In-game flames. Then the people who want to come here for game purposes can find out whos doucheing it up in game and us others who care to read whose being a douche on the boards can have our own little area. Then no one is intruding on others reading experience. You could just make it mandatory like the title. (now saying all this I have know idea how that could be done, but I'm retarded with computers)

I understand what you're getting at and its not a bad idea at all. The two normally go so hand in hand. Typically, most people that act like a jackass in the game also act like a jackass here. Before people jump down my throat, again, typically and most. Flaming a user of the site isn't against the rules. In fact, its pretty much the other way around. Its also the easy way out so its encouraged that any problems that exist between users on the forum either bring the issue up in Support and Feedback or they contact an administrator.

I see what you're saying. I was mainly focusing on the bolded part (from what Miros said @ the FB):
Goddamn, quick flame. I'm not sure how I feel about this and what I'd like to do. It's going to remain locked for now until I get my dinner finished and talk to a few closer personal confidants. On one hands, yes, this I guess would be the place to go to for flames related to this. However, I have been speaking to a few people regarding this site and when they visit it, I don't want this to be the thing they see. I'll accept PMs while I'm cooking to discuss further if need be. I'll let the decision be made when I come back.

You guys know better then me though, I was just making a suggestion to please everyone, involved or not.
 
Where'd it go...?

Just as an FYI - I moved the iaredrew flame as well as the minors + adults thread to a hidden forum. It's been discussed and if one goes, the other has to in my opinion. As stated in the rules, the forum moderators have the last words as to which flames will go or stay, and this is one we have decided is going to go. It's a severely touchy subject, must like the gay pride bashing one and it's something we aren't looking for on here.

There will be no infractions handed out, and nobody will be in any sort of trouble. Situations that hit extremely close to the heart cause people to lash out irrationally. For now, we would like to keep our focus on the expansion of the Final Fantasy XI section of the boards, so please remember to help us out and tell us what you think about them. :)

Please do not misconstrue our decision though. I don't want to hear people saying that we support pedophilia since we are getting rid of the threads. We most certainly do not. However, like I said above, we would like to focus our energies in expanding the board.
