The staff doesn't want to see anymore "get hit by a bus" or "I'll hit you with a bus" arguments. You can point out whatever technicalities you want about it. Bitch about it (again) in S&F if you want to waste your time. Stop trying to see what you can and can't get away with it when the guidelines are clear enough. I question the reading ability of some of you, however. Here's a direct excerpt from the guidelines themselves.
"Any other possible permutations/combinations of
making a threat, the action of detailing a personal intent to harm someone's RL physical state or RL property state, will be moderated and dealt with.]"
And here's another that came up. Lemme bold the extra relative part.
Flames back to FFXI
Staff decision here. Flames need to start resorting back to FFXI and FFXI only. Afterall, if you look where its listed, its under "FFXI Discussion."
Certain QCDN issues will be allowed, however it is encouraged that you attempt to resolve any issues pertaining QCDN in the Support and Feedback area.
When its clear as day, I really just don't get why people would say such a thing like...

maybe the flameboard should be changed to FFXI or QCDN flames.
Instead of trying to jab at "the man," bitching about the moderation and what you don't agree with and making such a case about damn near everything, why don't you open your eyes and read a bit more? What you just suggested is ALREADY IN PLACE!
Then of course, ultimately it comes down to this...
Final Word:
Global Moderators/Admins - Situations will arise that these rules will not cover.
I really can't see whats not covered that came up in this thread though. The "Minors.." thread in the off-topic area was starting to get out of hand, as I had a feeling it would. Once it got a little heated, PM took his issue with another QCDN user here to the FB instead of completely destroying the thread and personally, I do commend him for that. Since there was some major confusion in this thread, no infractions for any off color comments are going to be given that occurred before this post. Since everyone should know the deal now, if the thread is re-opened then moderation according to the guidelines will indeed take place.
