LaRon Cephas passed away yesterday, Ex-Captain of the Maryland Terps Basketball team from the 2000-2001 season that they won the final four. 29 years old, great shape and passed away of a heart attack. He worked right here in Annapolis and dedicated his life to taking care of the kids there and keeping them off of the streets and inside where it's safe. And, once again, another person I know has died. For the last two months a few guys from work and I have played basketball with LaRon at the Boys and Girls clubs every sunday morning. Then, we'd stick around and help teach the fundamentals to kids 8-11 years old. This was an amazing person, one of the nicest I've known. He graduated with his bachelor's degree from Maryland and yet still decided to make less money and just give back to the community. Not to mention, that was my partner on the courts since we were by far the best passers out there. He even helped me with my free throw shooting since I was at a dreadful 65%-ish. So yeah, in less than a year that 4 people that I've known passed away. If you know me, forget. lol for the love of god forget. Moral of my story I guess is that, all 4 people I knew that passed away were all in their 20's. Life's very short, make the best of what you have and don't lament on what you don't. You really never know when someone may be gone, or whether that someone is you.

Aww that sucks Kotsu. I'd comfort you but i'm afraid to touch you. Grim-reaperitus. ^^;

Sorry for your loss.

And in the line of Final Destination, I'll start to worry when someone from Quetzalcoatl dies first. Even thou idk the exact order in which you started meeting people. You can make a list here so everyone can know when it's their turn to be "next". D=

I met LaRon playing basketball. Wongfeihong committed suicide in September '06 and Puutah died of cancer in November of 06. Both were RL friends outside of FFXI, before FFXI actually. So yeah, I know people who've played on our server that have passed on.

O lord, that's got to be hard on you. I'm sorry for your losses.

A risk of death is a thrill, so I won't be keeping my distance from you because of that. Is there anyone that really hates you, that you could have pissed off badly enough, that they could have placed a death curse on you?

Anyways, you know I'm always a pm away.
