It's hard to pick just one pair of gloves for multiple jobs, especially since there's a bunch of job specific ones on there. I went with Melee +1 gloves though, easily the best all-around gloves for monk.

Monster Gloves. Probably the most useful macro piece gloves around, simply because what they do is very unique, rather than just an addition to something you can already do. Non-macro gloves tend to have so many alternatives that they're either slightly better or slightly worse than to the point where you'll only really see the difference every 100,000 damage.

Only reason is b/c they are so much harder to get then the rest of the stuff and all those other gloves are useless with the full Usukane set. So ya just to knock one piece of the puzzle out of the way.
