You'll notice the time for Vana'Diel is off. You need to adjust the Universal Time to match what it really is. You can find out what it is here:

If ur clock is still off of Vana'Diel time by a second or two, its because ur Palm time isnt synced to the actual Universal time by a few seconds. You can fix that by changing ur computer time to exactly match the minutes and seconds of the Universal time of that website. It's not as hard as it sounds, just tedious if ur slow. Anyway, I've got mine synced perfectly and its the greatest. No more logging to playonline or running to another comp for anything. This functions as a Vana'Diel clock(moonphase included), Airship Schedule, Countdown timer for abilities, Ballista Schedule, Guild Hours, RSE schedule, Crafting Calculator, Element Info, World Times (UK, PST,EST,and JPN) and you can adjust the clock in Time Adjustment. It offers a Wepaon skill and skill chain calculator and also various skill caps for jobs given a certain lvl.
Lastly, i know there are some players like myself who know a little Japanese, but are still leraning all that Kanji and would love to look up what a lot of what JP players are saying. Also, for when ur in a JP group and want to take the opportunity to further your language skills and attempt to communicate back but dont have time to rummage through a dictionary. Anyway, this is for you:
