wonderin if anyone can help me out. i accidently added a friend to my ignore list, and i dunno how i did it or how to get her back on friends list. anyone know what to do?

/blist view should be the command or /view blist something like that. Once you get there you can take people off it.

Or: /blist delete <name>

I think he means Ignore List on qcdn. It's probably some where in your profile, I remember Pupusa saying that once.

no, its not the blist.

on my frineds list ingame, i have 3 catagories:

online friends
offline friends
ignore

somehow one of my friends got on the ignore part. i dunno how to get her back in the normal list.

Go on POL, hit the friends list icon in the top right, find him on the ignore list section, click it, and hit remove, I think that's right.
