This is a thread I am making to show all you fuckers how to take your flames else where. Keep your post on topic please.

Moving on, Because someone once hung out with the gilsellers means they will always be a gil seller? No.

I dont know this Penut Fellow but it seems like 9/10 people say he "used" to be a gilseller. Everyone does dumb shit or whatever but if he isnt a gil seller anymore than he shouldnt be labeled a gil seller. If he doesnt sell gil then hes not a "gil seller".... get the connection there? He may be a sketch character but if he doesnt sell gil anymore then in no way can you label someone else whose associated with him by LS a gil seller.

But yeah, people love to turn a flame into a pissing contest that has nothing to do with the topic, and it often erodes into some technicallity squabble about stupid crap like california drive by laws.

On the subject of Penut, if anyone camped HNM's with people they knew to be gilsellers, I would view them in the same light as the gil sellers/buyers. You may be using them to make gil the legit way, but you're also aiding them in the erosion of the server, fostering the rise of the lazy players, and hindering the players that are out to accomplish something, and earn their gear. It's case specific about how people that have done this are dealt with, but in general, if you knowingly take in people that have camped with gilsellers, you deserve to be flamed.

Camping with the sellers was a nice way to make gil. They didn't have much competition, and always knew ToD's due to having people on 24/7. Your best arguement is that you're leeching off them, which doesn't make you sound any better. "I'd rather not get something done the hard way, I'd rather spend $50 and just buy a Scorpion Harness, or leech off an established shell and being first in line for much of my gear due to everyone else in the shell already having it, bitching about how I'm so far back in line for the really good/rare gear the whole way."
 
Penut isn't a Gilseller, he has trouble with gil all the time. He always asks me for gil once in a while, and he has been able to pay me back once he sells his things. I hang out with him, he's a pretty cool guy, just that sometimes he can be a little immature and a prick, but that's what's funny about it. He used to farm with Gil sellers just for the gil (that's what he told me), so he could buy gear, but lately he has been a little poor.
