No Illinois actually does have really bad drivers. They're the worst fucking gawkers. Seriously they'll slow down for an accident on the other side of a highway.
 
True story, just happened to me. I was on my way home from a movie with my gf and this dumb bitch in a black convertible races through the light, changes lanes IN the intersection cutting another driver off, then cuts me off, all the while using NO turn signals WHATSOEVER. Fuckin bitch almost killed me...lol. Prolly on her way to watch some topless midget wrestling.

Dude don't knock the midgets.

Yeah try getting to Chicago in rush hour, or getting home. It's freaking terrible, and a headache since I-55 is being expanded at certain spots. What I don't get is why people randomly slow the fuck down during rush hour when there's no reason for a back up. It's why I hate driving.
 
I know they just reopened 80/94 around Kennedy ave. and I thought I-65 was being worked on too? Yeah, my dad used to have to go downtown and home during rush hour. Not the most relaxing thing after working for 9 hours on peoples computers.

I don't know about 65 never use it.
 
I-65 more goes into southern IN, I only brought it up cuz I didn't know what highway work was being done, really.
