I couldn't recover my character data... thanks to some very unhelpful representatives from Playonline's phone customer support. Turns out one guy could've gotten it done for me with the information I had, but he's "new" and told me if I didn't have the information in 5 minutes, it would be too late to recover my account information as apparently he had to go home from work and the campaign was ending. -.-
